I have never considered a blog before. After family and friends asking to keep in touch and let them know how things are going, I decided to give it a try. After all classes at Ballymaloe in Ireland start at 08:30 and end around 05:30, some days you start as early as 07:30. With a few extra classes at night if you are up for it. Between that and the time difference I thought this might be the right fit. So be patient while I navigate Word Press and slowly figure this out.
